How well do you trust yourself?

I've realised in this last month that making big moves is really about how well you trust yourself.

 

And I've been giving this some thought, as I do!

When you trust yourself: you honour your knowing, you listen to your inner voice, you follow your heart, you rely on your creative abilities when needed and you commit to your path as guided by all of these gifts - one brave & present step at a time.

 

 

To trust yourself, you need to know, love and accept all aspects of yourself.

To understand what motivates you, what you're afraid of, what you need at any given moment, what your heart truly yearns for, what you are here to experience & share with the world, what lights you up!

 

 

The feelings of unfulfillment, anxiety, boredom, burn out, disempowerment, the desire to medicate, numb out, step out, and disembody are telling you something, calling you to something bigger & more expansive.

You are not broken, damaged or flawed.

You are ready to bust out of your cocoon, spread your wings and fly!

Packages offer a motivational, focused time period to really show up and do the work with the intention of evolving out of needing my support, and implementing the tools you learn for yourself in an empowered way as you continue to navigate your life outside of the therapeutic space when you're ready to.)
